Meet Sandra

Sandra’s style of coaching can be described as challenging but gentle, meeting you where you are on your development journey. Her philosophy is built upon the belief that everyone is a leader in their own world – whether it be in a job title, or in the roles we hold in our daily lives.

“It is not always easy to show up as our best selves as we deal with obstacles, curve balls of life and the many external factors that impact each day. My own experiences include overcoming burn out at work, dealing with imposter syndrome, experiencing misaligned values, and adapting to changing environments”.

Everyone has the capacity to lead with purpose, authenticity, and stay true to their values. Sometimes it simply requires a guide to lead you through the forest instead of battling the woods alone.

Sandra’s professional background includes international humanitarian aid and development work and criminal justice policy. She has worked and lived in eight countries across five continents, and has a passion for deeply understanding cultures, and leading multinational teams within workplaces. Sandra enjoys designing and facilitating workshops and trainings on leadership thematics, and employs practical methodologies to enhance the learning and retainment experience.

Sandra holds a certificate in Leadership and Performance Coaching from Brown University, Rhode Island.
