What's included?

For managers and people-leaders who are: stepping into greater responsibility; moving into more senior roles; or preparing for their next level of leadership that may not be fully defined. - 1 x 60-minute leadership scoping session to understand what your next leadership role is, or what you would like to prepare for in your journey. If your next step is established, the session will include understanding your role, responsibilities, expectations, professional context, alongside a skill-gap assessment. If your next step is an ambition or vision, we will use the same process, drawing on external research and resources to understand what that future role is likely to require. - 8 x 60-minute tailored coaching sessions across 6 months - scheduled to your preference. Structured around the development areas identified in your scoping session, with coaching, practical skill-building and relevant leadership tools integrated throughout. - 5 x 30-minute priority case-support sessions for time-sensitive leadership situations. For leadership situations where timing matters and you want support to think through your approach before you need to act, decide or have the conversation. - Understanding your context. Where useful, I will review relevant documents you provide, such as your new job description, procedures and policies (within scope of confidentiality for the purposes of coaching), and role expectations, so the coaching is grounded in what you are actually working within. - Priority email support between sessions. For questions, reflections or follow-up support between sessions, with your emails prioritised for response.
