Whether you are creating one for the first time or coming back to the process with fresh eyes, this 90-minute session focuses on the reflection that comes before you create your board. What is a vision board? A vision board is a visual representation of what you would like your future to contain, using images, words and symbols - it can be physical or digital. But the value is not only putting together a visual creation - it is in taking the time to think about what you actually want, what matters to you and what you want your future to look and feel like. Why can vision boards be beneficial? They can: - make the future more concrete. - engage mental imagery. Visualisation engages perceptual systems in the brain, providing another way to explore possibilities beyond words alone. - move you from aspiration to specificity - turning broad hopes into something visual requires you to get clearer about what they actually mean to you. - connect vision with action. Exploring your current reality, potential obstacles and practical next steps helps turn intention into action. When is a session like this most useful? Is there a specific time that is best to make a vision board? There is no "right time" to create one. Many people choose the end of one year or beginning of another, but a vision board can be just as useful when you are: - going through a transition or starting a new chapter - feeling ready for a change or wanting to rethink what comes next - doing a mid-year check-in and wanting to refresh or refocus - simply feeling that your current vision no longer reflects where you are. You also do not need to start from the beginning every time. A vision board can evolve as you do. What does this session look like? You will: - explore different areas of your life and what you want more of, less of or to experience differently - have the space to imagine freely what you would genuinely like your future to look and feel like - identify priorities, aspirations, experiences and themes that matter most to you - explore what could support or get in the way of that vision - identify practical actions and commitments to begin moving towards it - leave with the ideas, words, the types of images and themes to create your own meaningful vision board. The creative part is up to you!
Coaching Agreement
This agreement confirms the Coachee accepts the conditions set forth herein upon entering into Coaching Services with Sandra herein referred to as Coach. Coaching extends the Coachee the opportunity to develop valuable new ideas for themselves and a general increased level of self-awareness. Coachee understands that coaching is a professional-client relationship, designed to facilitate the creation/development of goals and to develop and carry out action for achieving those goals. Coachee understands that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders. Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment. Scope of Services: Coachee and Coach agree to work together over the course of 1 month consisting of a total of 1 coaching session. Coachee Responsibilities: Commitment to the following: • Willingness and openness • Curiosity • Courage (to trust and share) • Bringing a topic to each session • Being present and prompt for each session Coach Responsibilities: The Coach shall maintain the ethics and standards of behavior set by the International Coach Federation (“ICF”). The Coach will provide direction to the Coachee in compliance with ICF ethics and standards. Cancellation & Unused Hours Policy: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours in advance. Coaching sessions not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours in advance will count as the use of the session purchased. Confidentiality. Coaching is a confidential relationship. All information provided during the course of coaching remains private. By proceeding, I confirm I have read the Coaching Agreement and accept the terms & conditions set forth herein.
